These Images are available as high resoloution graphic files for licenced use by cutters of hand-cut wooden jigsaw puzzles. The copyright of the images belongs to David Stanley of whimsicalwood.com and these images are available under the terms of this licence:

The individual purchaser of the graphic file has permission to have as many prints made from the file as they require for the hand-cutting of wooden jigsaw puzzles from that individual image. The hand-cut wooden jigsaw puzzles, as derivative works, may be sold by the puzzle cutter, with a note of acknowledgement of the original art work from which the derivative work (the hand-cut puzzle) was made.

The acknowledgement should be present in descriptions of the derivative work when it is shown, and in labelling presented with the puzzle. eg ... original art by David Stanley If possible, a mention of the website www.whimsicalwood .com

This is a non-exclusive licence, multiple cutters may purchase the graphic files for their individual use but not sell or give away the graphic files. This licence is also an informal 'on trust' agreement to be interpreted according to a plain understanding of its intent.

The intent is, that individuals who wish to make or have made, as a derivative works in their own cutting style or style of their prefered puzzle cutter using one of these images, may do so by purchasing the chosen graphic file. The licence also includes reasonable non-commercial personal use of the graphic files for prints and merchandise available at 'print-on-demand' centres eg wall art, posters postcards etc.

The file and a PayPal Payment request will be sent as soon as possible.

Exclusive licences for other images or licence for mass production by laser cutting etc would need to be by contract or other more formal commission agreement.

Note; prints made from digital files are contingent upon the settings used by the printer with respect to contrast,brightness and colour etc. It is best not to use auto enhancement/correction with print centre machines and some trial and error or custom assistance might be required to get 'wysiwyg' prints.
